The House of Yes Presents Xmas Spectacular HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS Directed by Anya Sapozhnikova & Kae Burke

This holiday season, Bushwick's incredible performance space House of Yes once again welcomes back a special edition of its sixth annual Xmas Spectacular: Home For The Holidays, an immersive engagement of six performances running from December 16-22. Starring Anya Sapozhnikovaand Kae Burke as themselves; the co-founders and co-creative directors of House of Yes, alongside a cast of 22 talented performers specializing in aerial, circus, dancing and mind boggling theatrics, the House of Yes Xmas Spectacular is set to be a holiday theatrical extravaganza like no other.

The Xmas Spectacular will follow House of Yes heroines Anya and Kae as they try to make it back to their home planet for Christmas before getting lost in an intergalactic void. Much like Dorothy's adventures on the yellow brick road, Anya and Kae find themselves hitchhiking across the galaxy trying to make it home in a meteorite blizzard, come face to face with festive characters throughout their journey including: Misfit Drag Queens, Reindeer and Pain-deer, Venus Fly Traps, Santercize Instructors, North Pole Dancers, an alien Father Christmas, Santa Klaus Nomi, Baby Jesus herself and plenty more unearthly surprises. Featuring a variety of jaw-dropping aerial extravaganzas, an original live score mashed up with Christmas classics like Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You," choreographed dance numbers and choirs, this adult Christmas show is raunchy, absurd and hilarious in a way that only a House of Yes performance can be.

Complementing the full scale production, ticket holders will also be able to shop at the outer-space gift shop whilst sipping and nibbling on egg-nog and cookies, get their picture taken on Santa's lap at the Holiday Photo Booth, and take in immersive intermission entertainment. For those wanting to get closer to the action and snag one of the 25 front row reserved seats up for grabs whilst indulging in a specialty House of Yes Christmas Cheers Elixir, VIP passes are available for purchase through Eventbrite. All Home For The Holidays ticket holders are welcome to stick around after the show and gain automatic entry to the following event that night.
