Touch Performance Art is set to unveil a brand new AcousticaElectronica to open their 2014-2015 Season. Classical collides with electronica, dance with circus arts, and immersive theater with contemporary clubbing to create the visual and aural extravaganza dubbed AcousticaElectronica. This Touch Performance Art production combines live musicians playing remixes of classical an jazz with electronic dance music, joined onstage by The WIG, a classically trained electro-percussionist turned internationally touring, New York-based DJ. Dancers and acrobats add their blend of ballet, jazz, opera, aerial art and modern movement for a mind-blowing melding of theater and party.

AcousticaElectronica debuted at the Boston TOGETHER festival in April of 2011, a festival devoted to electronic music and is now returning for it's fourth year, after three sold-out years of shows. AcousticaElectronica brings a newly renovated production with new costumes, set design, visual projection design, new music, and a mind-blowing international DJ line-up, for a totally fresh club- theater experience. Shows currently scheduled September 12, October 3, November 14, December 12, and January 9 at the American Repertory Theater's OBERON in Harvard Square.

Touch is a performance design firm located in Boston and NYC dedicated to the creation, production and distribution of event productions, artistic works and customizable immersive experiences.
On October 10, Touch will be creative partners with the Boston Lyric Opera for the 2014 Opera Gala and After-Party, designing a Moulin Rouge inspired party following the opening night of La Traviata.

Touch will begin 2015 with full production run of a new immersive club-theatre experience combining boy band hits of the millennium with Shakespeare's Twelfth Night after a sold-out July workshop. Shows will happen at OBERON on January 22-24, 29-31, and February 5-7.
