From September 12 through October 6, The Nora Theatre Company and Underground Railway Theater will proudly present Sharr White'sdrama THE OTHER PLACE at Central Square Theater.

Memories splinter, blurring the past with the present. A riveting mystery unwinds, starting with a professional conference and culminating at a cottage on Cape Cod.

Debra Wise, Artistic Director of Underground Railway Theater leads the cast as renowned neurologist Juliana Smithton. Performing in science-themed productions is not foreign territory to Ms. Wise who earned IRNE Nominations for her performances in Sarah Treem's The How and the Why and Hugh Whitemore's Breaking the Code. Ms. Wise is also the Co-Director of Catalyst Collaborative@MIT, a science-theater collaboration between MIT and the two resident theater companies at Central Square Theater.

Joining Ms. Wise is Jamie Carillo (The Motherf**ker with the Hat at SpeakEasy Stage Company), David DeBeck (who last appeared with The Nora in A.R. Gurney's Screen Play), and Angie Jepson who is making her Central Square Theater debut with THE OTHER PLACE.

For THE OTHER PLACE the resident companies at Central Square Theater welcome Bridget Kathleen O'Leary, Associate Artistic Director of New Repertory Theatre to helm the production. THE OTHER PLACE marks Ms. O'Leary's debut with Central Square Theater. She most recently directed Lungs and Fully Committed, and Collected Stories at New Rep.
