Rogue Theatre Company to Host GAME SHOW NIGHT SPECTACULAR, 5/21

=Rogue Theatre Company presents an annual fundraising benefit in a whole new light, with Rogue's Game Show Night Spectacular, on Saturday, May 21, at Roseland Ballroom Function Room, 174 Broadway, Rte. 138, Taunton. Doors open and silent auction bidding begins at 6:30 pm, with cash bar. At 7 pm, an optional Chinese buffet is provided by Hong Kong City Restaurant. The hysterical night of game show parodies kicks off at 8 pm.

Step right up and join the fun at this game show night on 'steroids'! Guests are welcome to get in on the act or just sit on the sidelines laughing as your favorite celebrity game shows are "Rogue-ified." Games are staged in theatrical style, with flashy spoofs of all your television favorites, including The Price is Rogue, Family Crew'd, Not So Newlywed Game, satisfy your inner singing voice on Do Do Do That Tune, or buy a vowel on Wheel of MisFortune Cookie and more. Theatre community celebrity guests include Andy Riel as Emcee (Plymouth), Omer Courcy (Taunton), Gail Phaneuf (Boston), Christine MacInally (Boston), Brandin Barber (Rhode Island), Chris Bailey (Plymouth), Victoria Bond (Middleboro), Lisa Beausoleil (Middleboro) and Jen Fogarty (Boston). 'Survey says' that this theatrical benefit wouldn't be complete without laughs, mayhem and plenty of spontaneity, so stay tuned!

'Make it a true daily double' and support Rogue Theatre Company's mission to provide affordable, quality theatrical productions for the Southeastern Massachusetts region with a wide selection of silent auction item bidding throughout the evening. Gift certificates, artworks, pet care packages, hair care, wine and spirits gift baskets and a golf package are amongst the items up for bid.

Silent auction items, business service or gift certificate donations are welcome contributions to support the cause. Donors are honored on the event marquis, the Rogue Theatre Company website, and throughout the 2016 season. Businesses donating items valued at $200 or more are invited to interview on a popular radio show on WVBF 1530 AM, Taunton. General admission to Rogue's Game Show Night Spectacular is $20, all proceeds benefit the theatre's mission and operating expenses as a 501(c)3 non-profit. An optional Chinese buffet is available at 7 pm for $12. Seating is cabaret style at tables.
