Inspirational Speaker, Founder and CEO of Lead the Baseline, and now Author AaRon Wilson helps individuals discover their talents and builds them as leaders. He'll join the ImprovBoston Mainstage cast on December 22nd for memorable games and hilarious scenes.

Serving such clients as ABC, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Sony Pictures, aspiring entrepreneurs, and youth, Wilson inspires people to pursue their passions, unlock their visions, and turn their dreams into realities. "I realized we all have a passion, a purpose, and a reason why we are placed on this earth. It is not by accident by any means," explains Wilson.

Wilson unlocks visions and leads clients down the path to purpose through his speaking engagements and new book:

  • His Lead the Baseline program takes leaders through the qualities of true leadership, what confidence is and how to embrace it, and how to achieve and map out goals.

  • Featured on Channel 7's Urban Update, Wilson's new book The Point Guard focuses on overcoming fears and 15 principles to unleashing dreams.

In addition to motivating leaders, Wilson is former president of Toastmasters (nationally accredited speaking association), co-director of the eHUB (a collaborative workspace for entrepreneurs), and an ImprovBoston alum.
