The Verdeen cousins are at it again! LAST ROUND UP OF THE GUACAMOLE QUEENS, presented by Boise Little Theater and directed by Wendy Koeppl is fantastically ridiculous! The cousins, Jimmie-Wynette, Peaches and Gaynelle, played by three of the funniest actresses in the valley, Becky Kimsey, Carly Oppie and Courtney Ransom, are trying to put on the best high school reunion Sweet Gum, Texas has ever seen.

While the cousins fend off threats from their aunt LaMearle, played by Diane Benedict, they also juggle a hilarious cast of characters that come their way. There is a lot that goes on in the short 2 hours of this show, but you will not miss a beat. Neither do the actors. The jokes are perfect, the pace of the show is brilliant and you will love every minute.

Notable performances are Diana Hodridge, reprising her role as CeeCee Windham, John Ode as Raynerd Chisum, Kevin Kimsey in his "dual" role and Chris Talbot, returning to the stage after 30 years, as Grover Lout.

The "Round Up" is the third play featuring the Verdeen family, The Red Velvet Cake War and Rex's Exes were the first. Though there are a few references to events that happened in the first two shows, you need not have seen them to appreciate this show. It stands on its own, and in my opinion, is the best of the three!

You can catch it at Boise Little Theater on the weekends from now until January 21st
