That Family Dinner sketch is genius! I love how the sounds of the silverware are almost a forth character! I believe Ferrell wrote that one if I am not mistaken.
Those Blocked: SueStorm. N2N Nate. Good riddence to stupid! Rad-Z, shill begone!
In that Family Dinner sketch, listen for a mischievous audience member who lets out a hugely exaggerated laugh during a break in the dialogue, and sends the audience into another round of laughter.
"The world is a better place because of hairspray." - Michael Ball
At the talent show tonight, Someone sang "Greased Lightnight" and I thought IMMEDIATLY of the Gene Rayburn sketch.
He's a faker, and you've been taken in by his con. And in doing so, you are enabling him. He is doing more damage to aspergers than papa's words ever could. -Chane/Liverpool on me having asperger syndrome.
In SNL-related news, I'll be performing in a Kaitlin & Rick sketch (the sleepover one from one of Lindsay Lohan's episodes) in a school variety show. And not even at my own behest! Apparantly my drama teacher thinks it's a "perfect fit."
Coffee Talk with Linda Richman - the one w/ Roseanne and Madonna and Barbra Streisand. Anything w/ the Church Lady Mary Katherine Gallagher w/ Rosie O Donnell and Penny Marshall as Catholic School Nuns and Whitney singing the Little Drummer Boy Kristin Wiig as the Target Lady (I work at Target so I can relate to her) Anything with Gilda Radner (she's my absolute favorite) There are so many more but those are my favorites...
Rosanne Rosannadanna and Jane Curtain Victoria Jackson as the field reporter after studying with the linguistics coach Geena Davis in game show modeling school Susan Lucci and the Emmys
"What can you expect from a bunch of seitan worshippers?" - Reginald Tresilian
"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter
I remember seeing that sketch...it was one step too far. All these mentions are bringing back such good memories! I don't know if I can even name favorites, but I'll try. I'll name generals, if not specifics.

"I'll cut you, Tracee Beazer!!!!

Avatar: JULIE "EFFING" WHITE, 2007 TONY WINNER. Thank God.
I'm thinking about legally changing my name to Lizzie Curry...
Nobody started a new SNL thread for this past Saturday night's show with Ashton Kutcher + Gnarls Barkley.
I think the show sucks now, but still has one or two funny moments. I now skip the first part entirely (election sketch). They are not the least bit funny, I don't know how they can go on doing them.
Ashton Kutcher's monologue was alright..it was fine. Bleh.
My favorite sketch was probably The Cougar Den. I can't say this enough, Kristin Wiig is just brilliant. She's the best thing about SNL right now. "I took my boyfriend to see The Ruins for his 22nd birthday" "Blow Joy. It certainly isn't a job." Just looking at her puts a big smile on my face.
It was also a pleasant surprise to see Cameron Diaz in that sketch. She was somewhat funny in that.
Weekend Update sucked. If I have to see that Fred Armisen reading the newspaper thing again, I'm going to write SNL to let them that it is total ****.

I really liked the hot-tub sketch where Ferrell & Dratch are a couple that is very transparent about their intimacy to one another. Drew Barrymore and Jimmy Fallon played the other half of a couple. Everybody cracked at some point in that sketch.
Spartan Cheerleaders
Celebrity Jeopardy
Natalie Portman rap
Amy Poehler while being very pregnant rapping right in front of Sarah Palin
The first Lawrence Welk Show sketch
"Christmastime for the Jews"
Jon Hamm is Sergio
"Dick in the Box"
"Do the Creep"- That one stuck out than the last few digital shorts
