Did you see a community theatre, college, or regional production with anyone who went on to broadway stardom?
for instance i saw "Honk" at NSMT in 2000 with Gavin Creel before he made his bway debut in millie.
I also saw barrett foa in "Just So" also at NSMT in 2001
anyone?

Neither of these are big broadway stars, but, I saw Anne Hathaway when she was in her high school production of "Once Upon a Mattress" , and I used to wait tables with comedian/actor Jay Mohr.
edit: I almost forgot, I saw the broadway production of Othello with James Earl Jones and Christopher Plummer, with Dianne Weist as Desdemona (before her 2 Oscars) and Kelsey Grammer was Cassio (before Cheers, Fraiser, and a million Emmys).
I killed the boss, you don't think they're gonna fire me over a thing like that!!!!

Celia Keenan-Bolger was in the ensemble of a production I saw of "Cinderella" I saw a billion and a half years ago.
Galen Gilliand (sorry for the spelling) was in a production of "Sound of Music" here. I did "Guys and Dolls" with Paul McGill a billion and a half years ago as well.

Tricia Pauluccio isn't really famous, but I saw her as an orphan in Annie in 1982.

Posted: 8/26/07 at 11:39pmOVER HERE, the Andrews Sisters musical, was loaded with future stars: John Travolta, Treat Williams, Marilu Henner and Ann Reinking all had featured roles in the show.
Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Mara Davi (my playbill said Melody Davi) on 42nd Street tour. This was 1 1/2 months before Chorus Line in S.F., where I saw her again.

Constantine Maroulis on the non-eq Rent tour as Roger just before he was on Idol.
My parents went to Oxford when Rowan Atkinson was there and saw plays he was in, but he was just in the chorus.

I saw Megan Mullally in Grease before Will and Grace. I also saw Sutton Foster in the Les Miz Tour, and I was in regional productions of Peter Pan and Alice thru the lookng Glass with Kate Reinders in Michigan.
