Pati, you hate me, remember? You were never going to respond to me again after I mentioned that your writing is barely comprehensible? And I chose words that were much kinder than I could have.

"don't make me do this,,,again."

Okay, I'd be pleased not to make you do that (,,,) again.

The deal with MaryF_Ethel, (and MFE's previous incarnations on this and the old Broadway.com board) is the pretentious, pedantic, pedestrian waste of bandwidth and that sarcasm devoid of wit. Not that I don't find the online mental collapses incredibly fun to read.

Silly hairy man, I don't recall the word "hate" being used by me towards you or anyone. "Looser" perhaps, but hate? Never!
Prune? Sorry I don't relate to most fruits...except mangos.

And my writing skills are the same..live with it, I do.
And M_E is both Hot and Cold! Why he's ambidextrous! Did I spell that right, Rachel? Why can't I get an editor anyway?

Now, back to M_E, who happens to be a HE. No more hints...or I will have to get special permisson to turn this into a Trival Pursuit or worse a "Quiz".

Ta Ta kids, off to name more seashells until Labor Day. Hugs to Sammy, Spanky and the Gang!

Good one, Kring'!

Pati, remember the PM you sent me kindly thanking me to never refer to you again in the threads? Remember? It was vaguely legalistic? Well, I've done my best never to even think of you again, let alone write about you.

I realize that you are The Keeper Of The Information Regarding The Many People Who Felt So Abused On These Boards That They Stopped Posting But Who Have Kept In Touch With You For God Knows What Reason, and that MUST be what has motivated you to leap into this thread. I know you are one of the people M_E regularly urges to write nice things about him, and so I assume that is why you would engage with me now. BUT, it's awfully hard to ignore you when you address me directly.

Also, kindly refrain from using the nickname Prunella for me, as it could conceivably cause me to lose work (you of all people know how ageist the powers that be can be towards those of us who are just trying to make it in this business).

Now, I'm sure you're a very busy woman and we can expect to hear from you the next time Mary_Ethel sends out the Polly Purebred cry and you strap on your Underdog cape and come flying in, but until then I am sure you would much rather be telling your myriad contacts in the biz that this site isn't worth their (or your) time.

Good one indeed, Kring'.

For god's sake Namo...chill out... indeed, eat some prunes. Bury the hatchet. Put your pitchfork back in your pants, play with your red tail and horns, join the debate team, whatever. Life's too short. You'd make one helluva lawyer if you weren't so nuts!
No one urges me, contacts me, God knows none PM's me! I am the "keeper of the seashells" and that's it.

NO ONE is interested in remenicing about US! Yes I spelled it wrong...and I'm off to pack for the beach.

I don't either. That's why it's so hard for me to get a date.

Honestly, Pati. The problem isn't really the spelling, it's the content and clarity. Anyone can use spellcheck...to not use is is a deliberate choice that to me says the person not using it doesn't care if they look uneducated. But when no one knows what the hell the writer is trying to say, that's a different challenge.
