Come on people! The man needs money! Think about one day when you are trying to start off in this business. He's a good man with talent and once he gets that BIG break, you know he's gonna be HUGE! So, in the mean time give what you can to this website:
David walked into the valley
With a stone clutched in his hand
He was only a boy
But he knew someone must take a stand
There will always be a valley
Always mountains one must scale
There will always be perilous waters
Which someone must sail
-Into the Fire
Scarlet Pimpernel
I'm absolutely in love with this man, he is hilarious *takes out credit card*
"Someone please tell me- when the hell did gravity become the enemy? How has an essential force of nature, something that makes it possible for life to even exist on this planet, come to deserve the scorn and hatred of every teenage girl with no head voice?"- Broadway Matt
Because he is asking very nicely munk, that's why.

I'm sure if he really did sell his smelly underwear (like what he said his his journal) in return for donations, he would make a lot of money. :-P
"Chicago is it's own incredible theater town right there smack down in the middle of the heartland. What a great city! I can see why Oprah likes to live there!" - Dee Hoty :-D
This is the most disturbing thing I've ever seen on this or any other message board. The fact that I'm the only one here that's confused and disturbed, speaks volumes. Are you sh**ing me? I knew I never liked this smarmy guy during all the idol worship that went on during BARE. Get a darn job like the rest of the able bodied people of the world. I also think it's in very poor taste to "poke fun" at the Tsunami disaster. Why is this guy begging for money on the internet? And why is it "ok"?
That's what makes it so disturbing, it IS. Has he no shame or dignity? We should be financially responsible for his inability to get lucrative acting work and/or his lack of financial acumen?
Anyone who would say anything to the contrary is either lying, trying to be polite, or is Hill himself. This is unlike any other "low stooping" I've seen. What poor taste to make fun of the Tsunami disaster, even if it was in jest. Total nonsense. Last I checked, Hill didn't lose his entire life in a natural disaster. He's just a spoiled, lazy actor, riddled with entitlement issues. Updated On: 3/20/05 at 07:19 PM
By all means Paradox, enlighten us. I'm not a big enough Hill fan to have read anything other than the link posted here. And I sincerely doubt any "explanation" would justify that plea.
It seems to me at least that this is just a joke that went too far. John Hill has a VERY weird sense of humor (if you read his journal). But making fun of the Tsunami disaster is very distasteful.
