Hello there.

I'm looking into Hello Dolly tickets on Stubhub, but really only the Balcony seats are within my budget. Before I go for those, I'd like to hear your thoughts. Is it to be avoided? Are there specifically bad seats? Thanks a lot.

I sat up there for MATILDA and had a great view. I was closer to the front. If there are no obstructions for DOLLY, I say go for it.

This would apply to all levels of the theatre. Stay away from the side walls! I was 5 seats from the end of the row, house right in the balcony, and was the last person in my row to see the Harmonia Gardens booth with Vandergelder & Miss Money. I assume the house left seats would be the same for the other booth. When I saw the show with Midler, I was in the house right box and saw none of the Vandergelder scene at all - just heard it and everyone laughing. The balcony is high when you are in the upper seats but you can see fine - as long as you aren't near a wall.

I was on the second row center aisle of the balcony. It does not feel far away from the stage at all. The only minor issue was that I lost Midler from about the knees down when she was on the front of the passerelle.
