Come From Away, DEH or Hello, Dolly |

I plan to see the Sunday night performance of either The Play That Goes Wrong or Sweeney Todd. For the 3:00 matinee, I'm torn between Come From Away, paying out the nose for DEH or Hello, Dolly.
Thoughts?"
My opinion, in this order:
Come From Away
Dear Evan Hansen
Hello Dolly
I can only comment on Dolly, since it is the only show I've seen out of these three. But what a stellar production it is! You really won't be dissapointed, it's a great show to watch. It also isn't too taxing on the emotional side, unless you're really nostalgic about the show or songs. Dear Evan Hansen and CFA, I can imagine, are great shows, but they don't have that charm Dolly has in my opinion.
I think DOLLY is the show which will be talked about for years to come - it's more of an 'event' than a 'Broadway musical'. If you can grab a Midler ticket, do so (though, I myself am going to see Murphy in a a few weeks because I heard she is fantastic and she's who I can afford right now. (However, if I really love the show...I may splurge in November as a birthday treat and go see Bette if I can...)
I've seen all three. I wouldn't recommend Come From Away if it's the only musical you'll see.
DEH and Hello Dolly! are both worth seeing. Just a matter of taste. If you like an old-fashioned good time go with Dolly! If you want a really intense musical drama go with DEH.
Hello, Dolly! No question whatsoever. I have seen all three, and there is no contest in my opinion. Hello, Dolly! is an absolutely joyous and divine night in the theatre.

You aren't likely to get a consensus.
I wouldn't pay scalper price or premium for any show. (I'm seeing Dolly next week with Murphy, affordable, esp since I was paying g for 3) Of course, what you do with your money is your business.
That being said, if you're going to pay big bucks, go with Dolly. DEH, while a lovely show, isn't worth it.
That being said, are there tix available for CFA? That's selling wonderfully.
If you can grab a ticket for Sweeney, do it! (Except the 2nd roe of the balc.) I'm sure the other one is cute (seeing that next week too), Sweeney is wonderful.
I would vote for DEH, except that's also the most difficult and/or expensive ticket you can get. However, you can try the last-minute StubHub trick that people talk about on these message boards; you wait until half an hour or less before curtain, when the StubHub prices start dropping quickly, and then you make a quick purchase and then run to the theatre (a lot of people I've talked to print their tickets at the business center in the Marriott right next to the theatre.
Next would be Come From Away, and then Hello, Dolly!. Both also very good shows.
As for your evening show, I enthusiastically vote for Play That Goes Wrong! It's the single most hilarious thing I've ever seen!
