Anyone think Lin-Manuel will perform in Hamilton in LA? |
No. I'd venture he's more likely to perform in Hamilton Chicago than Hamilton in LA.
If he was performing next weekend, we'd know by now. He's probably done with the role for now and I wouldn't expect him to did it for another few years. You'll get to see the amazing Michael Luwoye.

michael lowouye was lin's hand picked choice for the national tour
having now seen him perform as hamilton 11 times
i can say with confidence he will
"bring the thunder"
if i were miranda i would be focusing on the brass ring of a creative hip hop infused five season tv series with a lifetime of royalties that would share his genius with the masses

I don't think Lin is hurting for money

Now, no; but 35 years from now may be a very different story. He may as well get in on as many royalty producing projects as he can find.

He was bringing in over $6 million a year just from Hamilton, and that was before all the touring companies started. Dude is set for life

Nah, He wants to chill in Wahi for a bit, enjoy his life. Hamilton makes 3 million dollars weekly. He gets 4% of that. Every damn week. He doesn't need to worry about money or doing an exhaustive role ever again.

That offer was made and he declined.
I wonder too if it would be beneficial to build up a reason to perform, like tie it in with some charity event or something.

And that's just from the Broadway production, not to mention what he makes from all other companies, the OBC album, the Mixtape, merchandising, and his non-Hamilton related sources of income.
I had the pleasure of seeing Michael Luwoye in New York. He is mesmerizing.
