Won lottery but code not accepted?

I won the lottery for groundhog but it says when I go to purchase that my code is already unlocked?

You can't just enter the code on Ticketmaster. Have to click the link in the e-mail?

You need to enter the code in the promo codes/special offers. Not just follow the link. Hope that helps!

I had an issue where I applied for 2 tickets and it only allowed me to purchase one, I emailed them about it and they sent me a new code that worked.

That's what I did.  And the email it gives you in case you have trouble is just a automated response.

Yes, but if you respond to that automated email they will get back to you.

 

edit: I had forgotten about the automated email. Right in the beginning of it it says that if your problem isn't on the list you can just reply to that email and they will respond. If you don't reply to that email they won't contact you... It didn't take long either, matter of minutes. Hope it works out!!
