Hey

The other day I panic bought two tickets when I saw some were available and have only just realised I have no one to go with. My fiancé couldn't give a monkeys about Harry Potter, my best friend can't get time off work and the rest of my friends have either seen it or have no interest in seeing it. Would anyone who lives in or around London like to join me? The Seat is in G4 in the Stalls and the date is September 27th with Part One at 14:30 and Part Two at 19:30. The ticket is £140 and I can offer great conversation and wonderful company.

Plus I was in a Harry Potter movie so you'd be sharing a show with an official Hogwarts student!

You should probably repost this in the West End section of this forum (if you haven't already), I'm not sure many people from the UK regularly come on here. Also possibly add "London" to your topic title as to not confuse people about tickets for the Broadway run.

Btw, if you can't find anyone to go with, and assuming you bought the ticket through the official ticket sites, you can return one of your tickets. They have a really good policy, you'll get a full refund as soon as the ticket has been resold (which I doubt will be a problem, esp. on a 2-show day), and as long as it's unsold you can reclaim it I think. (When I bought my tickets 18 months in advance I had no idea if I would be able to actually fly to London that weekend, so I looked into the policy in some detail and thought it was fabulous!)

It's pointless posting it in the West End Board as it's essentially dead. Every single person from the UK on this page will frequent the Broadway board, I don't think there's a single person on here exclusively for the West End Board. Also, I highly doubt anyone is going to get confused and think I'm selling a ticket for the Broadway run.

At least write "London" or "West End" in all caps in the thread title, please... I had a mini-heart attack and thought I missed the ticket on-sale date!

I would recommend selling it back to cursed child. It'll cost you 5 pounds to give back, but then you'll get your full money back for that ticket. The details are on their website under FAQ.

It depends on what House you were in at Hogwarts. I can't be associated with any Hufflepuffs.

theatreboard.co.uk is where it's at for the West End.
