Hello everyone!

I am hoping to get tickets to see the "Frozen" musical for me and my daughter when they are on sale. I was hoping for some advice on how to obtain tickets. I live in Chicago, and I know that tickets will most likely be very difficult to get. So, a few questions:

1. What time might the tickets go on sale?

2. What might be the best way to get tickets online, like being on the website early or having multiple tabs open?

3. Do people line up at the box office to buy tickets?

I am hoping to go in October 2018, so any advice is very much appreciated!

Thanks!

I suggest you change your subject line to something less ambiguous.

Everything you suggested applies just realize the great seats in the front Orchestra will be held back to be released at later dates once Premium Seats are assigned so don't expect to buy those when tickets first go on sale.   Ticket sales generally are at 10am so logging onto Ticketmaster about 15 minutes earlier just to be on the website is more than enough time to be ready.  Buying tickets at the box office is pointless unless you want to save on service fees as they will offer the exact same tickets you can find online.  Box office purchasing only applies for lottery, rush and cancellation tickets.

Info on ticket prices and when tickets for the Broadway run will go on sale have not been announced yet but if you're on this board regularly, you will know this info the moment it's been announced as they will provide this info far in advance - not an hour before tickets go on sale.

Good luck!
