New Groundhog Day Discount through 11/19

I noticed a new discount code on Broadway Box (don't know if I am allowed to post it) through November.  Was surprised it could be used for front mezzanine except Rows A and B on a Friday in July but not Saturday.  Could Friday be a date Andy is out?  Tried to look on website but couldn't find answer.  Grabbed center row C for Friday anyway.  Just need Anastasia and will be all set for my weekend.

I'm trying to buy a ticket to see this in October (so hoping it is still playing!), but the Ticketmaster site says that my discount codes are invalid (theatermania and broadwaybox).  Has anyone else had this problem before?

I wonder if this could possibly mean the show isn't closing soon. Maybe the producers will try and keep it running through the end of the year?

This is sometimes the opposite--they invalidate the codes right before they announce...(bandstand did this I think-the prices on TCOffers and TC seem to be the same as far as I can tell. Comet did this for the final show)

Just tested it out, and the "GHDBB1" code is working fine for me...

Comets final show was always blacked out after Mandy's announcement. September 3rd was supposed to be Mandy's final performance and his final weekend became blacked out from the code since then and they always kept it blacked out even after Mandy, so I'm not sure if that has to do with the closing. But I hope this means Groundhog Day will try to make it through the new year

Just tested it out, and the "GHDBB1" code is working fine for me...

Thanks for testing it!  Ticketmaster won't take the code when I enter it, but if I navigate there from the broadwaybox site, it shows the lower prices (though it doesn't indicate anywhere that they are promo code prices).  Thank you!

Thanks for the clarification. I'm in the banquettes on August the 13th (with a discount) and for the final show, but that final really took a bite out of my budget....

 

Let's hope GHD survives a bit longer. Love the show...

This thread is from June, so it's not a new code and I don't think means anything either way for GHD.

I do hope it makes it to at least January!

It was resurrected because someone was having trouble with the code, which bay be an indication of something going on. Likely a false alarm

I understand that, it's just a couple of the responses didn't address the issue, just seemed to be responded to the thread title.

My comment was more for people reading the thread after my post, who maybe didn't notice the date.  I know I didn't at first.

"Yes, sorry I resurrected a thread from two months ago and caused anyone alarm.  I am glad to see that the code still works, though still not sure why I cannot enter the codes myself into the TM site.  Hoping that by buying a ticket now, it will stay open longer .
