R.I.P. Roger Smith

Roger Smith who starred as P.I. "Jeff Spencer" on the classic TV drama 77 SUNSET STRIP passed away on Sunday. He was 84.

He made his film debut in MAN OF A THOUSAND FACES and played "Patrick Dennis" as a young man in the classic film, AUNTIE MAME opposite Rosalind Russell.

He was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis in 1965.

In 1967 he married entertainer Ann-Margret and retired from acting to become her manager. They had been married for 50 years.

Loved 77 Sunset Strip as a kid. RIP Roger Smith.
