Getting to LaGuardia late at Night

I have an early flight from LaGuardia next Thursday. I decided I wouldn't get a room for Wednesday night, and just go to the airport after A Doll's House gets out around 9:30. I was looking for advice.

How late does the bus to LaGuardia run? Also, how late does the TSA line stay open? I'm hoping to hang out by my gate while I wait.

They won't let you through security until the morning when they'll most likely open sometime around 5 am.  You'll be able to wait over night before security tho.  The MTA buses run all night.
