I know this shouldn't come as a surprise, but what a disaster. Trump has done many awful things in his time in office, but I truly believe this will be the most damaging and have the most wide-ranging consequences. It's been reported that he wants to "get a better deal", despite the nearly 200 countries in support of this one, so I genuinely believe the only reason he did this was because Obama made this deal and not him. 

What a truly craven, despicable man. 

I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

Completely agree.  The US got a lot of concessions in these accords, and there is really no room for significant improvement.  Among all the disastrous decisions he's made these 4.5 months, this may be the worst.

The only upside is that legally, we can't pull out until 2020, just days after the election, incidentally. This is going to be a big campaign issue in the next presidential election. Hell, we can make it an issue in the midterms, too.

He truly is. It's all about dismantling every single thing Obama accomplished in his 8 years in office. It's about erasing Obama's legacy.

In California, at least we enjoy the advantage of having a savvy Governor who works for a healthy environment, while not being afraid to stand up to the Denier-in-Chief.  Thank You!, Jerry Brown.

The world can no longer count on America, Trump has separated himself from the world and removing the US from the Climate Change agreement is the final straw. Europe is already turning its back, if May loses to Corbyn I think the UK will back away as well, personally I say good, we don't want to be any part of a Trump America. Picking the dirtiest of fuels over his own kids future health is just completely disturbing and baffling. At this point I think he just wants to undo anything the Obama administration did because he's jealous that people liked him and hate Trump.

What a sad day, the day America lost the world.

I am really starting to believe Trump is being played by the GOP. He is going to tear everything down, become the most hated President in History and then get tossed aside to let Pence take over and we will be rebuilt as a Theocracy.
