Last night on ABC, the 2017 Billboard Music Awards gave an ICON award to Grammy, Golden Globe, Emmy and Oscar winner Cher. She sang "Believe" and "If I Could Turn Back Time" before giving an amazing acceptance speech. The highlight of the speech was when she told the audience she worked for Phil Spector for a year and was paid $25.00. Having turned 71 the day before, she looked and sounded completely amazing. This has to be an amazing promoton for her upcoming Broadway musical.
