I wanna treat my best friend's mother and take her to go see Beautiful. The usual websites have a discount code that I'd like to take advantage of, and each site says one of yourr options is printing the discount page out and bringing it to the box office to order tickets. When I saw In The Heights, I had a printed discount from BroadwayBox, but when I took it to the box office, the woman at the window said "That won't work", so I was just wondering if anyone has had any success with this method lately. Normally I'd just order the tickets online, but I figure I won't have to pay the extra $11 per ticket if I order them in person. Thanks!

Same here. Last time I didn't even have to give them the code. I just asked what I could get using the Broadway Box code.
Instead of printing, just have the website page with the code on your phone, I think the instructions say you can also do it that way.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've just said "I have a discount code" and didn't even have to tell them what it was.
I've also gotten discounts by being polite to the people in the box office.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

I have printed out the code many times and sometimes they look at it and study it and the BO staff huddles together and discusses it lol. But most times they barely even glance at it.
