My high school is doing Fiddler next year and I will be a senior. Auditions are next month and I would LOVE to be Golde. I'm kind of a mezzo/alto. My range goes from a B2 (low B) to between an A5 and a D6, depending on the day. My chest voice is very low, but my head voice is pretty strong. My school doesn't have a length requirement, but an accompanist is provided and is recommended. Any suggestions for songs that would be good for Golde?
