So I ordered tickets for Signifcant Other, and the performance was canceled, but the only dates that I can go the ticket prices exceed what I paid. Does anyone know if I'll have to pay extra, or how the exchanges work? Thank you
Call telecharge. They have a customer service number.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

I've had my issues with Telecharge, but great customer service should be acknowledged.
I purchased a full-price ticket to a play in anticipation of a trip to New York next week. Yesterday I suffered a significant injury that will require surgery. Trip to NYC canceled. I called customer service in hopes of getting a post-dated ticket. Instead, they offered a full refund, and kind wishes for a speedy recovery.

I'm grateful."
Whenever I have need to speak with someone at Telecharge (rather than simply purchasing online), I've made it a point to thank them for their commitment to customer service. I experienced a similar situation last summer when my husband injured his back and was unable to travel. We had tickets to several shows and all that were purchase through Telecharge were refunded with best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Ticketmaster, not so much. I wish Broadway theatres would stop using Ticketmaster.

Telecharge has great customer service. I've exchanged quite a few tickets over the years going to NYC when trying to line up shows and getting a full schedule all set up.
I agree with those saying Telecharge has way better service than Ticketmaster. My heart always sinks when I go to buy tickets to something and it's Ticketmaster.
I have also exchanged tickets on Telecharge and it is two separate transactions: refund the old and purchase the new.
