Hamilton Chicago Cancellation Line / Tickets

Has anyone had any experience with the cancellation line/tickets at Hamilton at the PrivateBank theatre in Chicago? It says on their site they start offering cancellation tickets 2 hours prior to show. Anyone know how long before hand people start waiting? I know in New York people are waiting for like 5 hours nowadays, so i figure it shouldn't be too bad in Chi. I'm hoping to go tonight or tomorrow matinee, and considering it's a pretty cold weekend I don't think too many people will be waiting outside. Anyone know if they have standby standing room tickets as well if there are no cancellations or unclaimed tickets? Anyone who has any information on this whatsoever, I would love some help. Thanks!!
