I thought this might not be a bad place to post this given that this show may appeal to the broader theater community. I have two tickets to Upright Citizens Brigade's "Gravid Water" for March 27 at 8pm. Coming to NY with my son who is an aspiring comedy writer but after I purchased these (this show is popular and sells out quickly), I got tickets to the Colbert Show for the same night. I can't get a refund or exchange from UCB. The show is already sold out. Any takers? I paid $16 for the pair so if I have to eat the cost so be it, but maybe one of you out there would like to buy them. The show is described as follows:
"New York's top improvisors and actors, from Broadway, 30 Rock, Conan, SNL, and beyond, perform in scenes from Stoppard to Sophocles, and everything in between. The actors will know their lines, and the improvisors will improvise, with no prior knowledge of the scenes!"
I am so disappointed to miss this but had to go with Colbert.
