2016-17 Broadway Season Fan Mail

Does anyone know if the following shows mail you back a note saying that you need to send back a check or money if you want a playbill:

- Sunday in the Park with George

-Sunset Boulevard

-Miss Saigon

I just heard back from Sunday, full cast signed Playbill with no donation required :)
