Is the Ticketmaster site down?

I keep trying to buy tickets and a sign that says: map's acting out or up keeps appearing. 

Anyone had that problem? I tried with several browsers and it's the same... ??

That usually only occurs at the very start of an onsale, and there are just too many people for the map to be a good option. Usually, they just route you to a way to select the quantity and type of ticket you want and still buy it, though?
