Any update on rush/SRO now that the show has opened? Specifically, I'm hoping to go this Thursday, and I obviously don't want to have to wait in line if I can just show up after the box office opens at 10:00. Also, are the people arriving in the 6:00 hour outliers, or do a lot of people show up before 7:00 or 8:00? (I know weekends and weekdays are different, but just wondering.) Thanks.

I rushed this past Saturday. I arrived at around 8:20am and there are ~30 people in front of us. By the time box office opens, there's about another 30 people behind us. We were able to get rush tickets for the matinee show (the group before us got tickets for the night show). I don't know how many people behind us were able to get tickets. Given that this is during the weekend, things might be different for weekdays though.

Has anyone tried to rush recently on a weekday? I'm hoping to rush for the Wednesday evening show; just wondering how early I have to get there. Thanks!

I saw the show this past Thursday. Even though I already had tickets, I overheard the lady at the box office saying they still had SRO at around 6pm (for a 7pm show). I also heard her say people have been lining up for rush around 8am. This show is perfect for SRO so if you have the option to get it, definitely go for it! :)

The SRO spots are fantastic in this theater. I believe there's total of 20 spots: 12 in the center, 2 on the right & 6 on the left. $32!

It's quite amazing the ticket demand for this show is getting. The walk up/day of sales the box office gets is tremendous. Didn't think SRO would become available to the evening show tonight as they had ~200 tickets available this morning. Since the box office opened at 10am nearly all of those tickets have been sold. Tickets were & are still available at TKTS(Brooklyn & Seaport locations), but I wouldn't expect them? to last long. SRO currently isn't available, but I'll post if the show gets close to selling out.

And SRO for tonight's show is now available. Wasn't expecting it for the show tonight, but I'm very impressed that they sold over 200 tickets in 6 hours for tonight's show.

I waited in line today (Thursday) and successfully got rush tickets! I got there at around 8:15 and I was the 11th in line; I heard people at the very front say that they got there at 7:15. They said there were still several rush seats available after me.

Does anyone know if box seats are sold in advance? I was planning on going to the box office tomorrow to get a $47 seat. I was monitoring the prices all week figuring ticket prices were going to go up very soon and when I checked Telecharge the price for the last row in the mezz had been upped to $79.

no April Fool's, SRO will be sold for both shows today & for Sunday. Anyone in rush line today? I've heard the line in very long.

did they also sell SRO once the rush tickets were sold out? I know on two show days they don't sell SRO for the evening perform until after the matinee has started.

How is the view for standing room?  I rushed a few weeks ago and got 2nd row all the way outside aisle and missed a little on stage.  My daughter is going to rush in the next few days, wondering if she should go for the rush tickets or standing room.

Are you able to buy standing room the day before (im guessing you can as soon as it is sold out).  If not, can you ask for standing room when you go in while rushing?  Can you ask where the rush seats will be and then pick standing or you just take what they give you?

Thanks again!

They're pretty strict about not being able to chose where you sit. The rush seats all have to be sold before SRO is sold. Just wait and go a little before 10 and you can probably just get SRO.

SRO is sold after the rush tickets are sold. On two show days(Wednesday and Saturday), SRO for the evening show is sold after the matinee begins(2pm).
