Ticketmaster not working?

I'm trying to book War Paint tickets and it's just not working.. anyone know if there is some issue with it. ?

Ive tried to contact them and no answer- they are "too busy" to take calls!

I find I can't access the choose-your-own-seat feature in Safari but it works in Firefox.  Maybe try another browser till they get it fixed.
