Several news outlets are indicating Trump's labor nominee will be withdrawn.

Several sites are reporting Trump will name Alexander Acosta as his new nominee for SecLabor.  An initial search didn't show too much, but at least this person seems to have a relevant background for this position.  At least it's not another CEO, and doesn't appear to be a wingnut (although I reserve the right to change this opinion as more information becomes available).

I believe there's a distinction to be made between a nomination being "withdrawn" and someone turning down the job.
