Petra, the complaint was filed by her peers in the legal profession who are bound by their bar association rules to report any infractions, as I understand it.  As someone holding a public trust position generally, and a licensed attorney in federal practice specifically, she is held to a higher standard than other DC bar members.  This goes all the way back to Watergate scandal which was likely before your time.  Doesn't matter what the MSM thinks.  She now has to account for her misdeeds before the DC bar review panel.  I find it interesting that her bar dues are delinquent, according to the letter.  While I don't believe that she'll be disbarred, I wouldn't rule out a fine since she's no longer well regarded by her peers in the legal profession.

You really think she should get disbarred for an aside, that has nothing to do with National Security or Public Safety. Do you really think this is not Political?  Sorry, I do not believe that you do. If that is the case,  are you prepared for the tit for tat from the right if that happens?  I imagine Miss Warren would be the first with her fraud concerning her high cheekbones and Harvard. Or Loretta Lynn and her conflict of interest and tarmacs? Eric Holder and his Fast and Furious gun running? Where they ever investigated?

The complainants' motives are immaterial.  The bar review board will determine if Kellyanne violated the letter and/or spirit of the DC Bar rules which she SWORE to uphold. This has moved out of the realm of MSM gossip into a legal context.

Nope.  Let me take the guess work out of it.  You're conflating frivolous petitions with a legal proceeding.  Kellyanne took an oath to uphold the various laws on the books and the DC bar rules in order to get a license to practice law.  She's been licensed in DC since the mid-90's.  The bar association will review the facts and go from there.  I have no idea which states Elizabeth Warren and Loretta Lynch are licensed in.  But, I do recall Bill Clinton's law license in Arkansas was suspended for some years after his impeachment for something much more egregious than Kellyanne's foibles.

For the record, I'm with you, javero. I've tried engaging with her before, but it's become clear she's just a sock who could be presented with clear facts and would still argue against them and produce a meaningless graphic or make a false equivalency.  She needs to be given the same treatment that the media (outside of Fox) has given to her idol,  Kelly Anne.

3) Last resort:  Try and silence and marginalize.

 I for 1 like to talk and have conversation with those who are different than me.  Makes life more interesting. Nothing more boring than no Diversity to me .The same vanilla thoughts is so 1984. There have been many times here and other places that listening to someone different than me gave me a new way of looking at things.

Thanks for sharing, sabrelady.  The excerpt above paints the perfect portrait of the current state of affairs.  His company has always been closely-held so he's never had to account to corporate stakeholders nor to other board members.  He's lived the life of a virtual autocrat, until now.  Folks in this town are not about to acquiesce to the Trump doctrine.
