High School Students "Heil Trump!" With Hitler Salute |
How dare you be intolerant of their racism?!?!
In no way would or do I condone this. This is hateful and gross and ruins everything for actual modern conservatives.
Meanwhile the Liberal Violence and Hate spreading along College Campus spread from Berkeley to NYU, .
All I see there is a protest and a very modest scuffle, with no way of determining who exactly started it.
Yeah. It pales in comparison to what happened at Bowling Green.
Just a day after Berkeley. I never understand why protesters burn down their own homes/stores/schools
I never understood why Boston did worse when the Red Sox won the World Series.
Cute! but what is that term? False Narrative.
The Patriots in 1773 were protesting a British Monarchy that was unfairly taxing people, and ruling them by force with their Military Occupation by throwing tea in the water
The Snowflakes in 2017 were protesting a British Gay Man with different opinions that was invited to talk by destroying businesses, property and assaulting
a person who was invited to speak about different points of view,

Reductive, condescending and inaccurate.
I don't agree with the random violence of some protesters, but I have to agree that Petralicious's take on it is very off. It's pretty obvious that the anger behind the current protests stems from having an extremely dangerous fool in the White House. Milo Y., as a Trump stooge, is a logical proxy, just as the East India Tea Company was a logical proxy for colonists' anger at King George III. If you're going to be that reductive (as Mister Matt put it), you could wonder what those poor tea bags ever did to Samuel Adams.
I will reiterate, though, that the use of force against uninvolved parties is entirely unjustified.
Apropos of very little, I'll note that the grievances outlined in the Declaration of Independence - which were used to justify a war where many people were brutally killed - seem positively quaint compared to the abuses of modern US presidents.

and Tea has paid for it ever since! It is why we are now a COFFEE DRINKING NATION!!! :)
BTW, if you do not think those violent protests (no matter the cause) do more harm than good. you are not paying attention.
It's also reductive because the protest was not simply because he has "different opinions". He has targeted a specific transgendered student in his lectures, accompanied with a photo and identified them by name, in Wisconsin and Minnesota for the purpose of abuse and alleging illegal activity. I assume you're totally fine with that and want to ignore it, but context is key to understanding why this protest happened and what made it different.
Matt, Not sure of the context of your claims. Was this person protesting? Interrupting? Attacking? but I will say that no one deserves to be publicly humiliated. especially his public information being made public.
I think you will agree that Milo got exactly what he wanted. To show the intolerance and violence and anti freespeech of the left, he could not have paid for a better commercial. If he gave that speech and there were no problems, it would have already been forgotten.

Seriously? If you don't know why the protests got started, you have not been paying attention.

Probably. He's the gay male version of Ann Coulter.

Violence, yes. Intolerance and anti free speech? LOL I'm sure he would have left out the same context and details as yourself to promote that image and feign victimization with hypocrisy. And the Trump supporters probably would have lapped it up with relish as they did when they foolishly elected him.
If he gave that speech and there were no problems, it would have already been forgotten.
Highly doubtful considering he had already gotten this snowball rolling in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
