No, it's not treason because he's not giving aid and comfort to the enemy.  They are interpreting his action as a specific catalyst for a call to arms, not an assist, which is indeed dangerous, but it's not what you're claiming.  I hate, abhor and despise the man and everything he's doing, but you're putting a Fox News spin on that article.  Why not discuss what is in the article rather than reinterpret and repackage it falsely to fit a sensationalist agenda.  This is exactly the type of behavior we're fighting against.
