Are there any Broadway shows that have Thursday matinees instead of Wednesday? I am going to have -just- enough time to be able to hit another show Thursday if it is a matinee and was wondering if there were any options!

Pretty sure Phantom of the Opera does.
Also the Off-Broadway musical Cagney has Thursday matinees.

I use http://www.newyorkcitytheatre.com/ to find shows playing at odd times when I'm traveling around holidays and when I'm looking for a Sunday night show! Has listings for Broadway and off-Broadway shows (and some MSG concerts and sporting events too).

Not That Jewish off-Broadway at New World Stages does Thurs matinees as well, I believe. Have yet to see it, but does look really good.

Would they TKTS most likely have Phantom tickets the day of?
also, are tickets at the TKTS usually cheaper?

The whole point of TKTS is that they're cheaper than what you'd get at the box office, if that's what you're wondering.
