From their facebook: "We were just alerted to an issue regarding AppleTV and iOS compatibility that is being addressed. If you are using one of these devices, please tune in on your computer in the meantime if possible! It will also be available on-demand through January 24th."
"Movies will make you famous; television will make you rich; but theatre will make you good." - Terrence Mann.
At least was able to see opening number on facebook but so far only a few seconds on regular site on my computer and then hangs up again. I guess I'll try again in a few days but miss out on the excitement of livestream. A lot of people expressing frustration with Broadway HD on their facebook page. I messaged them with the database error I got and they replied "we apologize for the inconvenience and are aware of a technical issue and are working on it right now."
Intermission and haven't had any problems with the website on a laptop, then transmiting via airplay to apple tv. Sound balance is remarkably good for us.
I really enjoyed the show! The live stream cut in and out a little bit in the first half hour, so I missed a sentence or two, but it didn't really affect my viewing experience. After that, the few pauses, if any, did not cause any part to be missing, so it was fine. Overall, the effect (both visual and audio) were great, I thought it was really well done.
I really like the show, it was charming and funny. The choreography was awesome (loved the tap dancing), and the cast was on their A game and very energetic! I am so happy and thankful that broadwayhd and roundabout made this live stream possible. The monthly subscription was definitely worth it. Hope to see many more in the future.
The "encore" version appears to now be available on-demand for what they announced would be 10 days. I haven't checked the apps, but it's on their browser version now.
I am currently watching it and can anybody tell me the name of the conductor? The show's website says it is Andy Einhorn, but he doesn't look like him.
