Suddenly the series seems somewhat long in the tooth. While I still root for the character, Peter Quinn should have been killed off last season. He's become a drag. Never cared for Dar Adal period in spite of F Murray Abraham's acting chops. He either brings out the worst in Saul or makes him look like a bumbling idiot.
Nearly forgot, I'm not interested enough to even learn the name of the kid in trouble this season, nor that of the lawyer dude that's representing him, nor the dirty FBI guy. And Madame President-Elect's motives are what again...never mind...who cares.
Meh
Javero, I really do like Jar Adal. I never really know where hes coming from... if he is good or bad, Sleazy or Pure. Brings some uncertainty and edge to the show. At least for me.
I agree with Everything else you said, it really is a borefest, and Quinn should have gone the way of Brody, His storyline is over, and it is just painful to watch him now. Oh and that kid they are defending. I am sorry, he is guilty as sin and deserves whatever they do to him.
I do find it interesting that they have a new Female POTUS, (as does Super Girl and Sleepy Hallow)

Watched episode 3 last night.
Review: ZZZzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Yup. Wake me when it's over. The most exciting part has been trying to recognize which Brooklyn streets they have filmed on.

I'm hate-watching at this point. Time to put the series out of its misery.
Excruciating. What's with the Saul and his sister storyline? Yikes.
And I feel so bad for poor Elizabeth Marvel. She is the friggin president and doesn't get to chew the scenery? What a waste of talent.
Can someone write a script that is remotely interesting?
Last night's episode was pretty fantastic! the first one this season that really had me at the edge of my seat. And Quinn throwing that reporter down the stairs? Awesome. Looks like things will pick up from here

I agree that it's the standout episode so far this season. But, any scene outside Carrie's house was beyond boring.

Dar Adal is evil incarnate!!!

"OMG, he really is!!! Im sure that like me, you knew he was behind it all along. But I found it very hard to believe that Carrie, this world class spy, with CIA trainging.....w.ho has been to bowels of the earth and back....
could not handle the interrogation of a civil servant to keep her child??? I mean she fell into every trap that she gave her during that interview!! Answering those questions both in interview and in court in a way that would make her lose her child. What happened to that CIA interrogation training!!!!!

It was obvious that he had a hand in this season's mischief. But, the disclosure that Peter Quinn made in the last episode was earth-shattering. A breadcrumb was dropped in last season's finale that made me suspicious of Dar Adal in the worst way. There's no turning back at this point. If Dar doesn't get his comeuppance this season, I foresee viewers abandoning the series in droves.
Regarding Carrie, when she's not in the field, with the agency providing cover, she's out of her element, just like Quinn. For all their exploits in the field, they both have lost their mojos stateside as civilians.
