I'm guessing your trying to book through telecharge? Just checked multiple dates and there are seats avaible in the first 8 rows, not many, but definitely a few singles. Go through the Hudson's actual website for tickets.
If you look at the thread started on this board the day the Hudson run was announced, you'll see that a good number of people (including me) bought seats in row C, which at that time appeared to be the first row of the show because no seats in A or B were available when they went on sale. When I bought my row C, rows D - G and beyond were available on the Hudson theatre site.
So it sounds like a large group of fake Broadway supporters went on as soon as tickets were available and got all or at least most of the desirable first 8 row seats to a very hot, limited run show leaving very few for real Broadway supporters like yourself who waited until now to look for tickets. Shameful and dirty, I tell ya!
Tickets have been on-sale for A WHILE now. How is it, AT ALL, surprising that people (including myself) bought the day they went on-sale. It's only running for just shy of 2 months. Is it *THAT* shocking that it's selling as well as it is? I highly doubt that.

I bought third row, on the aisle, the day they went on sale... not sure what is fake about being on top of things.
For what its worth, it is apparently selling pretty well.
What also may help, is that there are two places to get tickets - and they have different sets of tickets it looks like. If I go to Telecharge, I can purchase a single ticket that isn't available if I go through the Hudson website, and vice versa.

It's always row H... and similar seats are available for every performance. I know it's selling BUT GIVE ME A F'ING BREAK... you cannot tell me there's not a single available somewhere. It's obvious they're holding seats back and then are going to release them and jack up the price after the reviews come out which I guess is their choice but it all feels very shameful and dirty...especially to real Broadway supporters.
It makes me not want to see it now.
SHADY!?
We just booked 2 tickets in the 7th row G...check out this site:
Yes, that's the way theater tickets work in the West End. Tickets on multiple sites. That's just the way they do it over there, and ATG is bigger over there. There's not a wrong place.
