Great Comet stagedoor? |
My friend went last night and said that most of the cast except Lucas stagedoored. I'm not sure if he doesn't do it, or if he just didn't do it last night.
Hello!
Excuse my stupid question but I don't live in NYC: where is the stage door? I think that the door just next to the theater's door belongs to the Music Box. Please let me know!!!
Thanks in advance for your help :)

The stagedoor is on 46th. There is an exit onto 46th which you can use from the theater.
I often use the stageelf page to find stagedoors from my phone, often during intermission

I had a great experience at the end of Jan. Was hanging around the Hamilton stagedoor mostly, but keeping an eye on the Great Comet as well. Over three nights Josh Groban came out every night, Lucas came out every night, most of the cast came out each night. The only one who never came out was Denee

I had my book signed by most of the cast (including Josh, who basically did the sign equivalent of a drive by) also in late January. Denee spent a nice amount of time talking to me about a subject of mutual interest while signing my book [and continued talking while signing other's books. She was delightful.
I stagedoored in December and everyone except Denee came out. Everyone was very nice especially Groban, very sweet and very patient with fans.
Attended the matinee yesterday. Brittain, Nick (Choksi), Lucas, Paul, Gelsey, and Nick (Belton) and a few ensemble members came out. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.
This has to be one of the best stage doors in recent memory. All of these super talented (and tired..) performers are super happy and from seeing and hearing, they all take the stage door very sweetly; they love this work and they love the audiences too. (and all these dancing/singing/acting sweeties are making their B'way debut! Groban has droves of course but all the others always, selfie, sign, Lucas tweets so many nice pics and stories w/fans.
It amazes me after performing this "juggernaut" they still mostly all come out. You must see this show at the Imperial and stage door if you have time. I hope GC gets showered with Tonys too!
I will be there in a few weeks, how has he stagedoor lately? I'm wondering who and who doesn't come out.

Um, read the posts above yours. Those have been fairly recent.
Funny- I was just looking up this information when I saw this thread so thank you in advance :)
I have a question- do I have enough time to get to the stage door at the end of the show with a person in a wheel chair before cast members leave? It's been several years since I stage doored! Thank you again in advance!
