I was just wondering how many people have had SUCCESS meeting their significant other via online dating sites?  If so, what site(s) did you use and were you able to find someone who also shared a love for theatre?

Happy Holidays :)

I've personally had very little success (I'm a tad bitter at the moment, as a girl I was seeing who I met online just posted that she's in a relationship with someone else.) To actually answer your question, I have some friends who have had quite a bit of success online. I know a couple who met on OkCupid and have been happily married for (I think) 3 years. Another couple met on Tinder and have been living together for almost 2 years.

To speak from personal experience, while I haven't had success, most people who come up on OkCupid in the high-percentage compatibility work in or enjoy seeing theatre. I like OkCupid because of the compatibility percentage.

Thanks for your response.  I agree that I to like the compatibility percentage based on the amount of questions you answer.

My good friend in LA had sucess with Match.com. He and his girlfriend have been together for over 4 years. They are both a bit "off center" but seem to complement each other perfectly.

Because 'we' don't know the sex of the person posting and refer to their girlfriend/boyfriend etc, do 'we' assume this is a hetero relationship?

Small things matter  and SNAFU was very clear in his post.

I just like to know who's up who and who's paying the rent !
