AWWW. Makes the shout out in LA LA LAND poignant .
Be at peace GM.
I'm devastated. He played a huge role in my life, I'm in shock.

His music was almost always on repeat throughout my 20's. I regret that I never got to see him live. We've lost another great one.

2016 can suck my d*ck.
As a child of the 80s, George Michael was a huge part of my realizing scruffy guys in tight jeans gave me a funny feeling. This one really hurts.
It is annoying that so many news articles have contributed paragraphs to his bathroom arrests by police officers pretending to be gay. RIP
I saw Wham in Melbourne Australia back in the 80's when I was around fifteen. I had such a huge crush on him, way too young

I didn't know that's how it happened. It is my fervent hope that that police officer soon died a violent and unpleasant death.

Funny that Michael's most prolific song is a Christmas carol!
His death has hit me so hard. My older sister is a big fan so we grew up listening to his music which to this day means a great deal to me. "Father Figure" was one of the first songs I was ever really obsessed with and still am. I am so grateful I got to see him live at MSG back in '08. RIP <3
Thanks George.
