An incredible career - willing to do anything to make a buck - people loved him.

He's an awful human being.
My name is neither "adam" nor "greer."

I believe you're confusing Kirk Cameron with yourself.
Why do people mourn these celebrities? My one thought of Alan Thicke is his annoying voice trying to get people to expose themselves to reverse mortgages. George Carlin was maybe my most favorite celebrity ever, when he died nothing. I can;t think of a celebrity that would make me be upset if they died,

I believe you're confusing Kirk Cameron with yourself.
Kirk Cameron on homosexuality:
“I think that it’s — it’s — it’s unnatural. I think that it’s — it’s detrimental, and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization.”
Kirk Cameron on gay marriage:
“Marriage is almost as old as dirt, and it was defined in the garden between Adam and Eve. One man, one woman for life till death do you part. So I would never attempt to try to redefine marriage. And I don’t think anyone else should either,” explains Cameron. “So do I support the idea of gay marriage? No, I don’t.”
These are the things a horrible human being says. Do you agree with them? Do you support his statements, Concierge?
My name is neither "adam" nor "greer."
Certainly I don't agree with them whatsoever, but I don't care enough about what Kirk Cameron says that I wish he would die for saying such things. He isn't going out of his way to hurt or decimate others. He's stating his belief system. Why do you care so much about what Kirk Cameron says that you wish death upon him? Seek help.
Concierge, I think the problem is that you constantly drop hints about YOUR belief system, but you can never commit to it. Is it out of fear? If you're a conservative, republican, Trump supporter, just own it. You're on a liberal THEATER message board, you know what people believe and support around here, if you disagree with these beliefs and can't argue yours eloquently, just ignore it and stick to discussing theater on the main board. You are not fit enough to go back and forth politically with the members on here.
I... responded to the post? What do you want from me? Why are you so obsessed with me?
God, you sound like Donald Trump when he has one of his twitter meltdowns and declares he has the right to defend himself.
My name is neither "adam" nor "greer."
I agree with BroadwayConcierge. Kirk Cameron maybe all of those terrible things. But he has his belief system and most people have their own. But to wish death on someone because they don't share your beliefs is really disturbing. There are many people in my life who have back stabbed me, stolen from me, lied to me, cheated on me, and hurt me. And yes, I say i hope karma gets them in the end. But not once did i wish them to die. It does not matter if this is a "liberal Theater message board"and the majority agree and support these same points. (I actually disagree with that statement) Yes, Kirk Cameron may not agree with many things within our community. He has that right.I don't agree with alot of things within our community either. And I also have that right. But i certainly am not putting it in writing on a Broadway message board that I wish a person dead, because he doesn't agree or support for example, gay marriage. That is the truly horrific notion of this particular posting within this thread. Yes, seek help.
Alan looked like he was in such good health. He had been showing up in my Hallmark woman finds an overly attractive soap opera star to be her boyfriend movies over the last few years. I guess it goes to show how any of us could fall over from a heart attack at any moment.

As for the moron wishing death on someone: Just because someone has a different BELIEF system than yours, doesn't make them a bad person. He was asked a question and answered it. I spend summers with Kirk Cameron's family, and every single year he has a 4th of July celebration. He invites all his neighbors around the lake, and no, he does not care about their sexual orientation. I have brought many gay friends to his beautiful home. He looks you in the eye when he shakes your hand. He is a gentlemen. I don't agree with his views on many things, but that does not matter if you have respect for one another. He is kind, generous, thoughtful and is truly a happy person. Other people get to have different views in this world. If you disagree, you're ridiculous. If you wish DEATH upon someone, you should be banned from this website. You're clearly miserable and very disturbed.
Adam Greer (Weren't you Captain of the Mod Squad?) Alan Thicke seemed like a decent guy and Kirk Cameron seems like an asshole, well said. Get over yourselves PC police.

I do not wish Kirk Cameron to be dead. However, if I had to choose between Kirk Cameron being dead and Alan Thicke being dead, I'd very clearly prefer so save Alan and sacrifice Kirk. Does that pass muster?

I don't know you. But no. You're just being more polite about it.

No, because a) nobody asked you, b) you're not God, and c) comparatively decided murder is still murder. What the hell is wrong with you people?

The response of somebody who knows that he or she messed up and are too high on their horse to admit it.
