Parade Audition Songs- need help choosing contrasting pieces!

I will be auditioning for a production of Parade in a few weeks. It is one of my favorite shows and Lucille is a dream role. The audition calls for cuts of two contrasting  contemporary musical theater songs. I will be singing Back to Before, which fits the similar time period and style of the show and Lucille's character arc and vocal quality. I am hoping for suggestions for my second piece that truly do contrast but are also true to the character/show. Lucille doesn't sing anything particularly jazzy and she's not a soprano so my usual legit rep seems out of place. Should I choose a JRB piece just to show that I can sing his work? Help! Thanks so much!
