No casting has been announced for any of the productions but the musical will premiere in Sydney at a theatre to be announced soon and then will go on an Australian tour.

Don't musicals usually open on Broadway first? Bodyguard seems to be doing the exact opposite. Is their end goal still Broadway?

I wish they would stop bringing crap like this and ghost to Australia ( ghost was a huge flop ) this will be just as bad , and no doubt filled with some idol, xfactor, voice wanna be ....
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.

at this point I doubt they care about Broadway. they know the minute it lands on Broadway the critics will rip it to shreds and the production will close within a week (hyperbole). '
Plus its basically a Whitney Houston impersonator concert. No need to have the words "Broadway musical" plastered over posters.
