The audience enters the tiny DR2 in a great mood, ready to have fun. The theme song begins, but there are no vocals, so the audience lustily and happily sings them. Then, sadly, the show starts.
It's 90 minutes of mostly unrelieved boredom; at three times the length of an episode, it would wear out quickly even if the writing was good, but it's basically just a long, uninteresting episode, with a few meta-theatrical gestures randomly tossed in here and there. The actors handling the Dorothy and Blanche puppets have voices that most accurately match the originals, but none of these people are adept actors/comedians. Painful.
