My grandma was going to attend a performance of Falsettos with me in November. She purchased accessible seating because she is in a wheelchair. She is now unable to travel. Am I allowed to still use her tickets even though I am not handicapped?
Don't know the answer to your question, but i would suggest calling ticketmaster and explaining about the changed travel situation and seeing if they can switch you to different (less-accessible) seats as a direct swap, leaving the seats free for someone who might need them but costing you no new fees to switch to nearby seats.
