Is The Bodyguard musical tour worth seeing? Loved the movie and I'm a big fan of Whitney Houston. Just haven't heard too much about it and was thinking that it may head to Broadway but I guess not. Thanks in advance for the help!!
The U.S. Tour starts at The Papermill Playhouse In NJ. I am looking forward to a great concert experience when I attend on December 3rd. Since it's a jukebox musical I am not expecting a great book. I enjoyed the movie and loved many Whitney songs so I am psyched to see this. I think the trailer from the UK provides a good glimpse as to what to expect. The song catalog will be the star of the show.
The London production was awful, along with the show, but if tickets are cheap enough, want two plus hours you'll never get back go for. but seriously every ones different you might and most likely will like it more than I did.
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

I did not see the London production, but my spouse and daughter did and they liked it. They did not think it was the greatest show of all time or maybe even in their personal top five - but they had a good time. Even if their front row day seats prevented them from seeing some moments
