Apparently a name of the rapist is going to be revealed.  Not sure how much stock I put in Feldman, but seems like there are other sources.

There are also some situations where the victim is forced to touch or penetrate another person, this is sexual assault even though the victim was not touched or penetrated.

The article doesn't say the person was a superstar when the rape happened.

The article says "He was the “kingpin” of a child sex ring," he is "a household name and revered by millions around the globe," "this person would use his star power to intimidate, threaten, and muzzle those around him," “The threat of being bankrupted by someone who ruled the corridors of power in Hollywood silenced their complaints before they ever went public,"  “Corey Haim didn’t name his abuser in public because he was — and still is — so powerful that he feared he would ruin his career."

Sheen has never been that big a star (and never "revered," I believe) - until, perhaps, they heyday of Two and a Half Men.

Also significant is the fact that Sheen is only six years older than Haim - when filming Lucas, they were 20 and 14. Sheen himslef was a beginner at the time, barely out of his teens. Cruise was 9 years Haim's senior, Travolta 17 years. Travolta seems the likeliest candidate.
