I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but "many people" (as Trump likes to say) are considering the strong possibility that this, the second bomb found on 27th Street, and the New Jersey bomb yesterday were part of a "False Flag" operation.

NotTrump. Could be anyone trying to stir up fear. The ameture, ineffective nature of the devices seems more like a scare tactic than an actual attempt to cause injury or death.

Facebook now has a story that a note with writing in a foreign language was found next to the unexploded device. In addition,a man of apparently mid eastern descent was seen walking away from it. We shall see.

Good point dented. If  mad had been one of the injured, he might be singing a different tune now. Does a building have to be destroyed before people take it seriously?

But he has surrounded himself with followers who proudly proclaim to be "alt-right" and violent white supremacists. LOTSA PEOPLE ARE SAYING that the NYPD and FBI are investigating those groups and individuals. 

No one said anything about Trump.

Interesting article, theatre related. I remember bombings in the city in the very early 70s. Yes, I am That old! Glad my friends at the Irish Rep were OK. Geesh, they just renovated that theatre and put in a balcony!
