Meat Loaf and Steinman's final album: "Braver Than We Are"

This was just released today in Europe it is stunning! Has anyone else given it a listen or plan on buying it next week after the North American release?

It contains three songs that are found in Tanz der Vampire (Who Needs The Young, Going All The Way, Godz) two of which were in Dance of the Vampires. There's a repurposed / original version of "Total Eclipse" called Skull of your Country with the familiar "turn around, bright eyes" melody. Honestly, this album has something for any lover of musical theatre.

Reviews have said this is the best work either have released in decades, and it addresses Meat Loaf's degraded voice perfectly. I agree with both points. I saw Meat in concert in June and it was amazing as I built it up to be, but you can't deny his voice is *gone*. Doesn't matter though, the man has more stage presence than  Alice Ripley, Patti Lupone and Sutton Foster combined. 

Anyway, politics aside, I highly recommend giving it a listen :)
